Welcome to Spic n Span Cleaning Services. By using our website (www.spicnspancleaning.co.uk) and our cleaning services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Terms & Condition 

1. Definitions

  • "Company", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Spic n Span Cleaning Services.

  • "Customer", "You" refers to any person or entity using our services.

  • "Services" refers to the residential and commercial cleaning services provided by Spic n Span.

2. Service Coverage

Spic n Span operates in the West Midlands region of England. Service availability is subject to location and scheduling constraints.

3. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message.

  • Customers must provide accurate details regarding their property and cleaning requirements.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are provided at the time of booking and are subject to VAT where applicable.

  • A 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking a service, with the remaining 50% paid immediately after service completion. 

  • Quarterly Subscription payments must be paid in full at the time of booking the service. 

  • Payments must be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

  • Any additional services requested on the day may incur extra charges.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • Spic n Span reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide access to the premises at the agreed time.

  • Customers must ensure that the property is safe for our cleaning staff.

  • Spic n Span is not responsible for moving heavy furniture or valuables.

7. Liability and Insurance

  • Spic n Span holds no liability for damages caused by our staff/products during cleaning services. If this is your first time booking with us, you are responsible for notifying our staff of any handling instructions and preferred products to use on your furniture.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or wear and tear.

  • Customers must notify us of any damages within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Complaints and Disputes

  • If you are dissatisfied with our service, please report it within 24 hours.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to rectify any issues within a suitable timeframe.

  • Refunds or partial refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Any personal data collected during bookings will be processed in accordance with UK data protection laws.

  • We do not share customer details with third parties unless required by law.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • Spic n Span reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of English courts.
